My car has seen better days. Months of sitting outside in the sun, along with a harsh winter, had done a number on the paint job. A comprehensive detailing was inevitable and today was the day.

Inspired by a particularly good time lapse of the volcano eruption in Iceland, I set up the camera and captured a frame every 10 seconds during the task. Four hours later, I had about a minute of footage (@15 fps) which I edited and popped onto YouTube.

I still have a ways to go before I make a truly intriguing movie. Perhaps with a more interesting subject.
