Seeing as how Janis went to school in Savannah, she is always looking for a reason to go back. My lack of ever having been before was reason enough, so we went down for the weekend and stayed at the relatively fancy DeSoto Hilton. The view from the upper floors was very cool and set the stage for a nice weekend of seeing the sights. It was good for her to check back in on the city she lived in for 5 years.
