On the way up to Yellowstone, we stopped by Grand Tetons National Park. Of course, we stopped by the park’s sign (top) and took some photos. On the way into the park, there were numerous pull-offs (middle) with good views and exhibits. Jenny Lake (bottom) is quite the visual experience, being at the foot of the Tetons.

After Denver, we drove west on I-70 and made our way up the slopes to Mt. Evans via the highest paved road in the North America. We checked out the ruins of the Crest house (top) first. The elevation was impressive and we weren’t used to it, so hiking the 150 feet to the summit (bottom) was difficult.
