Stayed a weekend up at Craig’s mountain house. Since it was pretty much winter, we did a back country hike up the north side of Bluff Mountain, the mountain the house is located on. It was difficult, to say the least, since nothing was forged and the rhododendron were very thick at the top. The view, however, was nice and we were there close enough to sunset to get some cool colors. Back down at the house, we started a roaring fire and all sat around it.

Come to find out later, there is a road that goes up to the top of Bluff Mountain, and we were probably standing about 200 feet from it… [view-the-gallery galleryaddress=”MountainHiking”]
