Our 2 day stop into Yosemite began with the long narrow road that lead to the Hetch Hetchy Resevoir and O’Shaughnesse Dam. From there we drove into the Yosemite Valley for lunch and driving around. After checking out the Ahwahnee Hotel, the guys took off on the Four Mile Trail, while the girls went shopping. Three hours later, we met at Glacier Point and enjoyed the sunset. The next day we got up real early and took off for the Mariposa Sequoia Grove. We hiked to the upper grove and back down again before heading for the coastal city of Salinas.
